LDA Nets Rs 88.7 million In Auction Of Plots
Lahore: The Lahore Development Authority (LDA) has netted Rs 88.7 million in an open auction of two commercial-cum-residential plots. The auction was held at LDA’s Community Centre in New Muslim Town on Monday, July 21, 2014.
According to a news source, the plots, located in Johar Town, were auctioned at a higher price - much more than the base price assessed by the authorities concerned. The news source reported further that the auction proceedings were monitored by the senior officials of the civic authority.
