LDA Auctioned Six Commercial And Nine Residential Plots ...
Lahore – Under the supervisions of LDA (Lahore Development Authority), six commercial plots in Johar Town and Mustafa Town and nine residential plots in Jubilee Town and Sabzazar were auctioned. These plots were auctioned for Rs. 104,319,000 in total.
Maximum bid was offered for a corner plot of 3.75 marlas in J Block of Johar Town. Its base price was set at Rs. 11 lacs/marla. However, it was auctioned at the rate of Rs. 18 lacs 50 thousands/marla.
For this public auction, an event was held at LDA’s Community Centre (239-A, New Muslim Town, Lahore).
