ouble allotment of 780 plots by CDA in sector I-14 embarrass allottees
ISLAMABAD: Scandal on double allotment of 780 plots to affectees in sector I-14 has come to light.
Settlement department of CDA has allotted as many as 780 double plots to the affectees Now two allottees of every such plot are making round of CDA office due to this scam. CDA will have to carve out 780 new plots for allotment to the allottees but tract of land in connection with allotment of 780 plots is not available in sector I-14.
CDA should maintain record of the allotments but corrupt elements of this civic body allotted one number to more than two affectees by taking bribery. They are now selling these plots and when the purchaser comes to CDA office for transfer of plot in his name he comes to know that his plot is owned by two persons.
