ISLAMABAD: Capital Development Authority (CDA) Chairman Maroof Afzal on Monday issued special instructions for improving and upgrading civic amenities for the residents of the Islamabad.
The chairman directed the relevant formations of the authority, including the directorates of sanitation, enforcement, roads, electrical and mechanical, to gear up their performance for provision of smooth civic life to the citizens. He said that the formation concerned should get in action to improve the situation regarding cleanliness, road maintenance, encroachments and streetlights.
The CDA chairman directed the relevant authorities to take immediate, tangible and result-oriented actions to transform the state of affairs.
