Islamabad—Islamabad Meat Board on Wednesday urged concerned department of Capital Development Authority (CDA) to expedite the early construction of slaughter house to ensure quality of meat in the Federal Capital. In this regard, a meeting of Islamabad Meat Board was held under chairmanship of Deputy Commissioner, Islamabad, Mujahid Sherdil to review the progress of early construction of slaughter house here on Wednesday.
The meeting attended by the ADC(G) Maryam Khan, President, Islamabad Meat Welfare Association, Khurshid Ahmed Qureshi, Assistant Commissioners and officials of district food and health departments decided that the ICT Administration would request the Chairman, CDA to expedite the early construction of slaughter house
