NAB Punjab Public Alert for Fake Housing Schemes and Societies
Lahore (Wednesday, December 11, 2013) – National Accountability Bureau (NAB) Punjab has issued public alert for the fake housing schemes or housing societies in Punjab province.
This alert issue in ht e wake of Anti-Corruption Week being celebrated from December 9 to December 19, 2013 through out Pakistan.
This alert guide general public in purchasing any plot or house in any housing scheme or society.
Housing Plot Buying Guidelines
1- Is Housing Society registered with Cooperative department or SECP?
2- Is Land has been transferred to housing society in the record of revenue department?
3- Is housing society has approved from development authority (FDA, MDA,LDA, GDA, RDA) or TMA as per map?
4- Is Housing society has arranged facilities like Sewerage, Electric Supply, Water Supply, Roads and Sui-gas?
If No then Beware to buy such property……..
