Lahore – A decision has been taken to associate the approval of commercial construction plans with the installment of solar energy systems.
Municipal Department will send a summary to Chief Minister Punjab regarding the amendment of bylaws. Under this summary, no commercial plan of construction will be given approval without providing guarantee of the installment of solar systems.
For 1, 2, 3 and 4 kanal commercial developments, the installation of 10, 20, 30 and 40 Kilowatts of solar energy systems will be required.
