Karachi – DHA informed SHC (Sindh High Court) about the revision of master layout plan of DHA Phase 8, Karachi. It was informed to the court that the master plan was revised in 2007.
A single-member bench of SHC was informed about this revision. The bench was hearing a petition filed by Zhidullah Khan against DHA’s developments on amenity plots in Phase 8.
DHA’s counsel informed the court that the revised master plan was approved by governing body in order to address the increased demands regarding services and traffic.
