CDA to hold three-day auction of 56 commercial plots
ISLAMABAD: The Capital Development Authority (CDA) will hold a three-day auction of 56 commercial plots in different developed sectors of Islamabad.
The plots to be auctioned will include Markaz F7, F8, G8, G10, G11, G9, F11, G11, G11/3, I11/4, Blue Area F8 and G8 and E-11 and Northern Strip on November 18, 19 and 20, said a press release issued by the authority’s media department. Different categories of commercial plots, including modern shopping malls, luxury apartments, wedding halls, hotels, office complexes, petrol pumps and a fruit and vegetable market are being offered for the auction being held at the Islamabad Convention Centre. The CDA has arranged video conferencing facility to facilitate bidders from Lahore and Karachi so that they can avail themselves of the opportunity to invest in the capital. To facilitate masses at large, the auction’s terms and conditions are available in English as well as in Urdu languages
