Bahria Town Karachi received encouraging response against the registration of its latest developments in Karachi.
Zain Malik, Director Bahria Town, said, “In order to avoid discrepancies, verification of registered members will commence form 4th November, 2013. This will be done to make the project transparent.”
At present, the trading of registration slips is being done at double price and it is expected that the prices will escalate further.
Vice President of DEFCLAREA Business Development Committee, Muhammad Shafi Jakvani, said, “It is interesting that even without knowing the exact location of the project, a wide number of people have registered themselves as members. Even after the closure of registration process, people are willing to buy the registration slips with extra money.”
