ISLAMABAD: Capital Development Authority (CDA) has sealed four houses on building by-laws violations in different Capital residential sectors. Authority operation against non-conforming use and violations of building by-laws in different residential sectors of Islamabad was continued.



Enforcement, Building Control Magistrate CDA took apart in the operation, which supervised by Member Planning and Design CDA Syed Mustafain Kazmi.



During the operation house No.09 situated in street 29 of Sector F-10/1 used for (QUIK Communications) office purpose, house No. 81 situated in street 45 in sector F-10/4 being used as (Streaming Networks) office, house 233-B situated in street 51 of sector F-10/4 (JAN Enterprises) and house no 289-A at Sumbal Road sector F-10/4 (BJP) being used as offices were sealed for non conforming use & in violations of CDA By-Laws.



Chairman CDA Syed Tahir Shahbaz said that CDA is taking concrete step in a planned manner to discourage non-conforming use and violations of CDA By-Laws. He said that the offices in the residential sectors would not be allowed, as there is enough space in the commercial sectors of Islamabad.



So owners of these offices in their own interes may shift their offices to these commercial areas so that the problems of the residents could be solved, he added.
