ISLAMABAD - The Capital Development Authority (CDA) has cancelled the NOC issued for the development of Roshan Pakistan Housing Scheme in Sector E-16. The authority announced the cancellation of an NOC issued to Roshan Pakistan (RP) Corporation for the development of Roshan Pakistan Housing Scheme in Sector E-16, Zone-II, with immediate effect. The action has been taken by the CDA on account of non-completion of post NOC formalities, even after a lapse of more than 7 years after the issuance of the NOC. The CDA has also warned the public to refrain from investment, sale and purchase of land or plots in the Roshan Pakistan (RP) Corporation Housing Scheme E-16, Zone-II.
