Completion of development projects by June 30 directed
Rawalpindi : District Coordination Officer (Rawalpindi) Saqib Zafar has directed heads of different departments, including Buildings, Public Health Engineering, Education, Health, PHA, Rawal Town, Sports, TMOs of Gujar Khan and Murree, to get development projects completed by June 30.The DCO issued these directives in a meeting held under his chairmanship here Wednesday.
The meeting was attended by ADC (G) Saif Anwar Japah, ADC Talat Mahmood Gondal, SE Buildings Ch. Muhammad Azam, RDA DG Chaudhry Naseer Ahmed, Wasa Managing Director Raja Shaukat, PHA Managing Director Captain ® Mushtaq Ahmed, EDO Health Dr. Zafar Iqbal Gondal, Murree AC Tariq Manzoor, Gujar Khan AC Rab Nawaz Minhas and Gujar Khan TMO Malik Wajid Ali.
The District Coordination Officer said that work on all ongoing development projects should be accelerated which were indicated by Punjab Chief Minister Mian Shahbaz Sharif in a recent meeting of MPs held in Lahore.
“These works must be completed before June 30, enabling the city government to submit a report to the Punjab government,” he said.
