CDA okays commercial plot bid
ISLAMABAD - The Capital Development Authority Board on Wednesday accepted the Rs 135,000 per square yard bid offered by a bidder against a commercial plot located in Diplomatic Enclave, while rejecting all other three bids after terming the results as unsatisfactory.
The CDA Board met here at Jinnah Convention Centre to discuss one-point agenda of the meeting. The Board turned down bids against three commercial plots located in Blue Area. The auction of four commercial plots was held on April 4. Plot No. 14-A measuring 1.59 acres of land in Diplomatic Enclave has secured the highest bid of Rs 135,000 per square yard, while Rs 261,000 per square yard was offered by a bidder against Plot No. 56-D measuring 4888 square yards located in Blue Area F-6/G-6, and two plots each measuring 2666.67 square yards in Blue Area have secured Rs251000 per square yard.
Board approved the highest bid against commercial plot in Diplomatic Enclave that was offered by Karakrum Heights Apartments, while rejecting all other taking ground the bids offered against them were below the CDA’s reserved price. A CDA official said the Authority would advertise the plots against which the bids were turned down in upcoming days.
