Five plots auctioned for Rs 43.6 million by LDA

A total of five plots, including four commercial and one residential sites, were auctioned for a sum of Rs 43.6 million by the Lahore Development Authority (LDA) on Wednesday.

Open auction of these plots was held in LDA Community Centre; auction committee of LDA comprising of Director Finance, Director Estate Management and Director Land Development LDA conducted the auction, which was actively participated by the people, disclosed a LDA's spokesperson here on Wednesday.

Per marla base price of these plots had been estimated by the approved evaluators of the State Bank of Pakistan.

Commercial plots number 17, measuring 229.64 sq meters, and plot number 18, measuring 230.10 sq meters, situated in the Civic Centre, Sabazar, were auctioned against Rs 650,000 per marla whereas their base price had been evaluated as Rs 650,000 per marla.

Similarly, commercial plots number 305/25 and 305/27, each measuring 250.90 sq meters, in block H3 of Johar Town, were auctioned against Rs 1.12 million per marla whereas their base price had been evaluated as Rs 1.11 million per marla.

Plot number 310-C block P, measuring 114 sq meters, was the only residential plot that was auctioned at this occasion.

Base price for the plot price had been evaluated as Rs 385,000 per marla and it was auctioned against Rs 410,000.
