LDA Auctioned plots in Model Town
Lahore—All the four plots reserved for construction of apartments in Model Town Extension Scheme were auctioned for a sum of Rs.329.9 million by the Lahore Development Authority on Monday.
Open auction of these plots was held in LDA Community Centre, 239-A, New Muslim Town. Auction committee of LDA comprising of Director Finance, Director Estate Management and Director Land Development LDA conducted the auction which was actively participated by the people.
Per marla base price of these plots had been estimated by the approved Evaluators of the State Bank of Pakistan.
Maximum bid was offered for plot No 1 Corner, Block N of Model Town Extension Scheme, measuring four kanals four marlas and 22 square feets. It was auctioned against Rs. 1.110 million per marla where as its base price had been evaluated as Rs. 1.1 million per marla.
Plot No 1-D block N, measuring four kanals three marlas and 169 square feet was auctioned against Rs. 1.010 million per marla where as its base price had been evaluated as Rs. 1 million per marla.
Plot No 1-E block N, measuring four kanals three marlas and 117 square feet was auctioned against Rs. 0.910 million per marla where as its base price had been evaluated as Rs. 0.9 million per marla.
Similarly Plot No 1-F block N, measuring four kanals three marlas and 117 square feet was also auctioned against Rs. 0.910 million per marla where as its base price had been evaluated as Rs. 0.9 million per marla.
