KARACHI: As many as 467 journalists would be issued challans for plots in Karachi’s Hawks Bay Scheme 42. Director General Lyari Development Authority (LDA) Agha Maqsood Abbas stated this. Presiding over a meeting of the officers of the LDA here on Thursday, he said that 817 members of the Karachi Press Club had already been issued the challans for plots at the Haws Bay scheme. DG LDA stated that the Sindh government has released a sum of Rs 100 million for the completion of the development works in the journalists colony at Hawks Bay scheme.
