Capital Development Authority (CDA) has allotted 32 commercial and 1408 residential plots during the last three years through open auction, Senate told here on Saturday.
In a written reply to Dr Muhammad Ismail Buledi Minister In Charge of Cabinet Division said the plots have been allotted as per Land Disposal Regulation (LDR) 2005.
Giving breakup he said four plots have been allotted in Markaz D-12, while seven plots were allotted in Markaz F sector. One plot was allotted in Blue Area. And 13 plots were allotted in G sector and in seven plots were allotted in I sector.
Total 1408 persons were allotted residential plots during the last three years. The Sector wise break up is as under: Four plots were allotted in D series and 16 plots in F series, 60 plots in G sectors while 1328 plots have been allotted to general public in I sectors
