Lahore - The Lahore Development Authority (LDA) auctioned one commercial and eight residential plots of the Sabzazar Housing Scheme for Rs 20.88 million on Thursday. The auction was held in the LDA Community Centre, 239-A, New Muslim Town and it was supervised by the LDA Auction Committee. The base price per Marla of these plots had been worked out by the approved evaluators of the Pakistan Banks Association.
The highest bid was offered for the 66-square metre commercial plot, 151-B, Block N, which was auctioned at Rs 775,000 per Marla. Among the eight residential plots auctioned, the highest bid was offered for the plot 310-A, Block P, which was auctioned at Rs 399,000 per Marla, while the plot 783, Block D, attracted the lowest bid and was auctioned at Rs 285,000 per Marla.
