Federal Government Employees Housing Foundation (FGEHF) would request District Administration to deploy Rangers in Sector G-14 for effective implementation of Award.
The decision was taken in a meeting held here under the chairmanship of Secretary, Housing and Works to review acquisition process in Sector G-14/1, 2 & 3 and initiation of development work in the Sector.
The meeting decided to launch development work of the much delayed Sector from January 2012, as this has been the pressing demand of the allottees.
The report on assessment of the built-up properties (BUP), falling in Sub-Sector G-14/3, prepared by Pak PWD, was also submitted to the FGEHF.
The Housing Foundation has been directed to forward the list of genuine BUPs after due diligence to the Land Acquisition Collector, for announcement of Award.
The Scrutiny Committee has been directed to finalize the genuine list of BUPs, falling in Sector G-14/2 within 10 days and Pak-PWD shall carry out the assessment rates of those BUPs by December 31.
The meeting was also attended by the senior officials of District Administration Islamabad, Police and Housing Foundation
