ISLAMABAD: National Database Regulatory Authority (NADRA) is proud to have bent all its energies to bring synergy through its Customer Relationship management. This is only possible due to expansion of static concept to proactive approach of accessing citizen at door step like launching of Mobile Registration Van, Disable Units, and even Man pack Unit in hilly and far flung area, where a common man is facilitated. Identity that was limited to the people who have access to registration has been changed. Keeping the tradition of Service Excellence NADRA has been ranked among the best citizen Database due to its dedicated staff deployed at field units.

Keeping the tradition of service excellence alive, NADRA has delivered outstanding results in the registration of citizens. For this purpose NADRA has announced Saturday as working day to facilitate the common people. Another milestone that NADRA has achieved i.e shifting to world-class technology due to which NADRA operation have further expanded. Customer complaints are slightly arose due to technology shifting that will be resolved in weeks. In order to respect citizen Q-Matic Technology is in progress for Queue management. Wheel Chair, Madadgar are always available at Centers to resolve the problem of applicants.

Now NADRA has extended the facility to every nook end corner of the country. Besides this NADRA Centers have separate Queues for the females and an exclusive female centre in also there at Rawalpindi where only female applicants are entertained where all the processing is done by female staff of NADRA.
