9 suicide bombers arrested during long march: Rehman Malik

ISLAMABAD: Adviser to Prime Minister on Interior Rehman Malik on Tuesday said that nine suicide bombers were arrested during long march.
Speaking in the National Assembly, he said they were arrested after investigation by law enforcement agencies.
He said 45 kilograms of explosive material was recovered from near Lahore and some people also arrested. He said the media would be informed in details in a day or two.
“The government is not asleep and is aware of its duties. We are doing our best to break their network and punish the culprits,” he said.
