RAWALPINDI: Great hustle and bustle was witnessed at parks as people along with their families rushed to parks to celebrate second day Eid on Thursday.

The main parks of the city, including Ayub National Park, Jinnah Park, Liaquat Bagh Park, Nawaz Sharif Park and Children Park, were decorated to amuse the visitors. Ayub National Park was giving a good look because of its decoration. The park not only attracted local visitors but also fascinated those coming from different parts of the country.

Commenting on the importance of Ayub National Park, Asif, a visitor, said people belonging to every class and age group visited the park to enjoy its tranquility and serenity. Waheed, another visitor, said greenery of the park left a good effect on the health of its visitors. Scores of birds’ species can be seen at the park where zoo is the centre of attraction, he said.

A large number of people also thronged Jinnah Park that was an important place for amusement and entertainment. The park is unique in its vastness. app
