LAHORE: Punjab Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif has said that during his visit to China, agreements will be signed between Punjab and Beijing in communication, infrastructure and energy sectors, a handout said.
Talking to the media on Saturday night at Lahore airport before his departure to China along with a 20-member delegation on a five-day visit, the chief minister said during the visit agreements would be signed between the two sides and not only the memorandums of understanding (MoUs).
He said that during the visit he would discuss various current issues, especially terrorism, with Chinese leaders.
He said besides cooperating in construction of a 120 MW power house at Taunsa, China would also help complete mega projects like Lahore and Rawalpindi Ring Road projects.
