Federal Law Minister Babar Awan has said that after the 18th amendment, imposition of tax on agriculture has become a provincial matter, report said on Thursday. Talking to media outside the parliament house, Babar urged the Punjab government to immediately arrest those involved in torturing the lawyers in Lahore in compliance with Supreme Court's directions.
