LAHORE: Former president General ® Pervez Musharraf has lost his senses after losing his dictatorship and has now been giving contradictory statements about the Pakistan People’s Party (PPP), its leadership and other people, senior provincial minister and parliamentary leader of the PPP Raja Riaz Ahmed said on Saturday.

Talking to the media, Riaz said that Musharraf had lost his credibility among the citizens of Pakistan and no one was ready to believe him in the future, as the nation was already in a state of crisis created by his nine years long rule in the country.

Regarding a question about Musharraf’s allegations against the Chaudhry brothers, Riaz said that it was a ‘fraud in fact’ and ‘fix fighting’ between Musharraf and his previous allies, Chaudhry Shujaat Hussain and Chaudhry Pervaiz Elahi, and both parties were trying to make a fool of the nation.

He said that Musharraf was trying new tricks to succeed in politics, but he would fail in the end.

Riaz said that the former president should come to Pakistan and face all charges levelled against him, if he was not guilty of doing any wrong.

He said that Musharraf would not able to create a party, and had started anti-PPP talks to catch the attention of international powers and media’s attention, but he had failed in doing so as no one was giving him any importance.
