ISLAMABAD: For the holy month of Ramazan, Pakistan Telecommunication Company Ltd (PTCL) has presented appealing offers to its landline customers.
Customers would only have to pay Rs 500 as installation charges in the month of Ramazan. Moreover for applying for PTCL fixed line, they would also be given free telephone sets.
To keep customers connected to their loved ones in Saudi Arabia during Ramazan, PTCL has lowered its call tariffs to just Rs 6.99/mint on fixed line and Rs 12.99/mint on mobile. Another value-added service launched is of “Islamic” portal, which customers can access by dialing their short code “1324”.
The services offered form this portal include live Tarawee from Khana Kaba, full Quran with Urdu translation, top 10 naats, hamd, duas, prayer times and many more. PTCL is also offering for its valued customers free wakeup call for Ramazan, which can be activated by dialing *55* HH MM #.
