The Horticultural Foundation of Pakistan (HFP) and MassComm Solutions are organising Mango Festival 2010, at Bharia Town from July 31 to August 1.
The occasion would provide an excellent opportunity to assess the improvement and progress made in mango production, processing and marketing within the country besides helping boost exports, said HFP press release.
The event would foster close harmony between growers, processors, consumers, exporters, researchers and extension workers.
The show would also be of immense educational value, besides motivating healthy sense of competition between growers and manufacturers of mango products to further improve the quality of their produce and value added products, it added.
The Festival would be a centre of attraction for policy makers, expatriate community, exporters, prospective importers, research and extension workers, fruit growers and representatives of fruit processing industries.
