Islamabad Capital Territory (ICT) Cooperative Societies Department Circle Registrar Sadaqat Hussain has directed the Caretaker Committee of the Federal Employees Cooperative Housing Society (FGECHS), Jinnah Garden Phase-I, to adhere to the agreement between the owner, applicants and members of the caretaker committee of the society and allot them plots according to the agreed plan.

The registrar further directed the caretaker committee to carryout development work while adhering to the requirements of Capital Development Authority (CDA) and develop a parking area as per agreed plan. He asked the committee to refrain from allotting plots in violation of the agreement.

It may be recalled that the Caretaker Committee had reached an agreement with the owners of the land but later, violating the agreed plan it created a commercial Zone in the society and planned to sell these commercial plots.
